What is a Puff Card?
Puff Cards are greeting cards with a patented built-in holder designed to turn your card into a gift-ready experience. Depending on the design you choose, your card may come with a selenite crystal or palo santo tucked inside.
What comes inside a Puff Card?
Each product listing will tell you exactly what is included. Our current gift-ready collections feature selenite crystals and palo santo, paired with card designs made for different occasions, personalities, and moments.
Can I put my own gift inside the holder?
Yes! The built-in holder can also be used for your own small surprise. Cash, a handwritten note, or another small item that fits securely inside can make your Puff Card even more personal.
How big are Puff Cards?
Our standard Puff Cards measure approximately 4" x 4" and include a coordinating envelope.
What is selenite?
Selenite is a naturally occurring crystal commonly associated with clarity, cleansing, and positive energy. Because it is a natural material, each piece may vary slightly in appearance. Keep your selenite on a nightstand, desk, shelf, or near your entryway, or carry it with you as a small everyday reminder to reset and clear your mind.
What is palo santo?
Palo santo is an aromatic wood traditionally used in personal rituals and for its naturally fragrant scent. Our palo santo cards include a small piece tucked into the card's built-in holder. To use it, carefully light one end, let it burn for about 30 seconds, then blow out the flame and allow the fragrant smoke to gently smolder—many people use palo santo as part of a calming, cleansing, or intention-setting ritual.
Can I send a Puff Card directly to someone as a gift?
Yes. Puff Cards are designed for gifting. Simply enter your recipient's shipping address during checkout if you'd like your order sent directly to them.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on the USPS shipping service and destination.
Do you accept returns?
Because Puff Cards are paper goods and gift products, returns are generally not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
